  • How to resolve Windows IP address conflict error on same Network?

    Windows has detected an IP address Conflict

    "Another computer on this network has the same IP address as this computer. Contact you network administrator for help resolving this issue. More details are available in the Windows System event log."

     

    The above error popup every time when I connects my Laptop to WiFi Network, I am using Windows 7.

    Now, I do not understand the reason for this conflict and the process to resolve this error.

    It would be greatly appreciated, if anyone could provide me the process step by step.
